Can be used with liquid whipping cream or whipping cream powder. For liquid whipping cream: Pour 300ml of COLD liquid whipping cream into the dispenser and charge with 1 piece of N2O cream charger. For whipping cream powder: Mix 100g of whipping cream powder with 300 ml of COLD water and pour the mixture into the dispenser and charge with 1 piece of N2O cream charger. Whips cream, delicate sauces, flavored coffee toppings, chef-style sweet, savory gourmet toppings or light yogurt mousses in seconds. Use cold ingredients to make cold foams and sauces. Keep whipped cream fresh in the fridge up to two weeks. Wash in warm soapy water.
